Who I Am & Why I'm Here

Welcome to my corner of the world—I’m so glad you’re here! I’m Jazmyn, a life coach with a passion for helping people align with their true selves and create lives that feel both meaningful and joyful.  

I hold a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, but I chose to walk the path of life coaching because I wanted to connect with people on a deeper, more human level. In traditional therapy, the therapist is often expected to remain a blank slate—but I believe relationships are the foundation for growth, and I am not a blank slate! I am dynamic, just like you, and I believe that together, we can uncover what’s holding you back and help you step fully into your potential.  

A little about me: I’m a Pisces Sun, Virgo Moon, and Virgo Ascendant—a combination that makes me deeply intuitive, compassionate, and detail-oriented. My Pisces Sun inspires me to connect with others on a soulful level, to feel what you’re feeling, and to hold space for your dreams. My Virgo Moon and Ascendant keep me grounded, analytical, and practical, ensuring that our work together isn’t just inspiring but actionable and results-driven.  

I’m also a Projector in Human Design, with Mental Authority. As a Projector, I thrive on guiding and supporting others to see the big picture in their lives, helping you identify what truly aligns with your energy and purpose. My Mental Authority means I rely on clarity and reflection to make decisions, a process that has taught me the power of slowing down, listening to my inner voice, and waiting for the right opportunities to unfold—lessons I bring into my coaching practice.  

Having done considerable inner work myself, I know how challenging and rewarding the process of transformation can be. I don’t believe in reducing anyone to a diagnosis or a set of symptoms. So many of us aren’t defined by what’s “wrong” with us—we’re simply standing in our own way. My mission is to help you move past self-imposed limitations, reconnect with your innate wholeness, and take aligned action toward the life you truly want.
